These shoes are specifically engineered for long jump and are not recommended for distance running or general sprints.
The fit should be snug and secure to prevent slippage during the approach, but not so tight that it restricts circulation.
Yes, the spikes are removable and replaceable to suit different track surface conditions.
The shoe uses high-performance synthetic materials optimized for weight reduction and rigidity.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or bleaching agents that can discolor the Pink Blast or Electric Green accents.
Use a standard spike key to tighten the pins into the plate before every session.
Use a stiff, dry nylon brush to dislodge debris from the spike plate area.
Before your first use, check that all spike elements are firmly tightened using a standard track shoe wrench. To prolong the life of your footwear, store the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight after each event. Clean the outsoles with a soft, damp brush to remove track debris and rubber residue. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can compromise the specialized foam and adhesive construction of the shoe.
