FAQs
What are the exact dimensions when assembled?
The goal post measures 10ft in width. Specific height and depth dimensions can be found in the product manual or packaging.
Is assembly difficult for one person?
The goal post is designed for easy assembly, and it is generally manageable for one person, although having a second person can make the process quicker and simpler.
Can this goal post be used for official league play?
This goal post is primarily designed for recreational and practice use. It may not meet the specific size or safety regulations for official league play in all sports.
What materials is the net made of?
The product description specifies a net is included, but the material composition of the net itself is not detailed. It is typically made from durable synthetic fibers suitable for outdoor sports.
How should I store the goal post during the off-season?
While designed for all-weather use, for maximum longevity, you can disassemble the goal post and store the net indoors. The frame can be left assembled outdoors, or also stored indoors if space allows.
Does it come with a carry bag or case?
The product information does not mention a carry bag or case. It is typically assembled and used in situ or disassembled for storage.
Is it suitable for use on artificial turf?
The included ground anchors are best suited for soft ground like grass or soil. For artificial turf, you may need alternative anchoring solutions or ensure the surface is stable enough for the provided anchors.
Troubleshooting
Goal post is wobbly or unstable.
Ensure all frame connections are fully tightened. Verify that the ground anchors are securely inserted into the ground and that the holders are properly engaged.
Net is sagging or not fitting correctly.
Check that the net is attached evenly to all points on the frame. Ensure you are using the correct fasteners and that they are secured tightly.
Difficulty assembling frame components.
Review the assembly instructions carefully. Ensure you are aligning the parts correctly and that there are no obstructions preventing a snug fit. If parts seem stiff, gently try wiggling them into place.
Visible signs of rust on the steel frame.
Light surface rust can often be removed with a soft wire brush or steel wool. After cleaning, consider applying a rust-inhibiting spray or paint suitable for outdoor metal use to protect the area.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The goal post is designed for easy assembly. Unpack all components, including the frame pieces, net, ground anchors, and holders. Connect the frame sections according to the provided instructions, ensuring all joints are secure. Attach the net to the frame using the provided clips or ties. Finally, use the ground anchors and holders to secure the goal post firmly to the ground. Ensure the area is clear of obstructions before anchoring.
Compatibility: This multi-purpose goal post is designed for use on various outdoor surfaces such as grass, sand, or firm soil, thanks to the included ground anchors. It is compatible with most standard-sized sports balls suitable for the games it's intended for (e.g., soccer balls, street hockey balls).
Care: To maintain the longevity of the goal post, wipe the steel frame periodically with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. While designed for all-weather use, prolonged exposure to highly corrosive environments (like coastal areas with salt spray) might benefit from occasional cleaning and inspection. Store the net indoors during extreme weather or long periods of disuse to prevent wear.
