This is a rear brake pad set from Borg & Beck, part number BBP2842. It is designed for the rear axle and is compatible with TRW brake systems. The pads are prepared for wear warning indicators. Dimensions include a height of 149.6 mm and 244.3 mm, a width of 198.5 mm, and a thickness/strength of 116.5 mm. The set contains 4 pads and is of the disc brake type. It is a high-specification compound made from fine metallic fibres consistent with OE formulation, is copper-free for environmental friendliness and reduced disc corrosion, and features BECKTEC double rubber shims for improved noise reduction and anti-rattle qualities. Integral wear leads, sensors, bolts, and accessories are included where required to match the OE product offer. The pads are chamfered and grooved to match the consistency of OE design.
