FAQs
Are these treats suitable for kittens?
Yes, they are safe for kittens, but ensure your kitten is old enough to handle solid food textures before feeding.
Can I use these as a meal replacement?
No, these are intended as treats and should be fed as part of a balanced diet alongside regular cat food.
How many treats should I give my cat daily?
As with any snack, use moderation. Treats should not exceed 10% of your cat's total daily caloric intake.
Does this product contain any preservatives?
No, the freeze-drying process acts as a natural preservation method without the need for chemical additives.
Is the salmon sourced sustainably?
Rosewood focuses on high-quality natural ingredients; please check the specific batch packaging for sourcing details if required.
Troubleshooting
Treats are crumbly or broken
This is common with freeze-dried products; simply use the smaller crumbles as a food topper on your cat's regular meals.
Cat shows no interest in the treat
Ensure the pouch is tightly sealed; if the treats have been exposed to air for too long, they may lose their strong aroma.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Single-ingredient recipe ensures purity
- Rich in natural flavor cats enjoy
- Easy to portion for training or rewarding
- Grain-free for digestive health
- Resealable packaging keeps treats fresh
Cons
- Not suitable for cats with salmon allergies

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no setup required for these treats; they are ready to serve directly from the pouch. These bites are compatible with all cat breeds and life stages, provided your cat has no specific allergy to salmon. To maintain optimal quality, ensure the pouch is sealed tightly after every use and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While the treats are shelf-stable, keeping them away from extreme humidity will help maintain their crisp texture.
