Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon arrival, unroll the rug in your desired location and allow it to lay flat for 24 to 48 hours to remove any creases from transit. If placing on slippery surfaces like laminate or tile, consider using a non-slip rug pad underneath to ensure stability. For regular maintenance, shake the rug out periodically to release trapped dust. If using a vacuum, ensure you use a setting appropriate for high-pile rugs—avoid using heavy beater bars which can damage the delicate fibers. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub the stain as this can push debris deeper into the pile.
