The Roughneck Gorilla Pro-Grip Utility Bar is an essential heavy-duty tool designed for professional contractors and serious DIY enthusiasts who require reliable leverage for prying and demolition. Its primary strength lies in its heat-treated, drop-forged alloy steel construction that balances immense durability with a comfortable, high-control grip. While it excels at heavy prying and nail extraction, users should note that at 376mm in length, it is best suited for precision demolition and medium-duty tasks rather than large-scale structural prying.

It is crafted from drop-forged alloy steel that has been heat-treated for maximum durability.
This model has a total length of 376mm (15 inches).
The high-quality powder coating is designed for heavy-duty use and resists corrosion and peeling better than standard paint.
While the bar is strong, it is primarily designed for carpentry and wood demolition; avoid using it to pry heavy concrete slabs to prevent potential strain on the tool.
The I-beam profile provides superior strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring the bar resists bending under heavy load.
Clean the high-grip handle with a dry cloth to remove oils or dust; ensure the handle is not covered in grease.
Ensure you are using the specific bevelled slot intended for the smallest nail gauge; if the nail head is completely buried, use a chisel to create a small gap first.
No assembly is required; the tool is ready to use immediately. To maintain the integrity of the Gorilla Pro-Grip Utility Bar, wipe the tool clean of dirt, moisture, and debris after each use. While the powder-coated finish is corrosion-resistant, storing the tool in a dry, organized toolbox or hanging it on a wall rack will prevent unnecessary surface scratches and exposure to the elements. Inspect the bevelled nail removers periodically for chips; if they become dull from heavy use, they can be carefully filed down to restore their effectiveness.
