FAQs

Are dolls included with this set?

No, the Barbie dolls must be purchased separately.

Does this set require batteries?

No, this is a non-electronic toy and does not require batteries.

What age is this set recommended for?

It is suitable for children ages 3 and older.

How many dolls can fit in the sled?

The sled is designed to fit up to two dolls.

Can the horse's mane be washed?

We recommend using only a damp cloth to clean the surface, as immersion in water may damage the scented elements.

Troubleshooting

The doll will not stay seated in the sled

Ensure the dolls are positioned correctly against the backrest and that no bulky clothing is preventing them from sitting flat.

Hair clips are hard to attach

Ensure the hair is combed smooth and free of knots before clipping; place the clip near the base of the hair strands for a tighter grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is required to connect the sled components to the horse. Follow the included instructions to ensure the harness is securely fastened. This set is compatible with standard-sized Barbie dolls. To maintain the quality of the horse's mane, use the included comb gently and store hair clips in a small container to avoid loss. The horse and sled should be cleaned with a damp cloth if they accumulate dust; do not submerge the scented components in water, as this may affect the scent.
