Rimblades® are primarily designed for alloy wheels. While they might adhere to steel wheels, the fit and performance may vary.

The damaged section can be trimmed and replaced. Ensure the new section is properly adhered for optimal protection.

With proper installation and care, the 3M VHB tape should provide long-lasting adhesion. Factors such as climate and driving conditions can affect longevity.

It is not recommended to paint the Rimblades®, as it may affect their durability and performance. However, you can choose a color that complements your wheels.

Rimblades® are not designed to be reused once removed. Removing them may damage the adhesive and the product itself.

Rimblades® are a universal fit product, the C-shaped profile is 10 mm wide in total, with part of the width curving around the top edge of the wheel. They are best suited for rims with a rounded off top edge, but will fit any rim with a continuous surface. Check that the product fits your wheel before installation.

Ensure the wheel surface is thoroughly cleaned and prepped with the included cleaning wipes and adhesion promoters. Reapply if necessary, following the installation instructions.

Use the Rimblades® 406 Joint Cover Bonding Adhesive to secure the joint covers. Ensure the surfaces are clean before applying the adhesive.

Check the initial installation and surface preparation. Re-adhere using the 3M VHB tape and provided adhesion promoter. Ensure the wheel is clean and dry before reapplication.
