The Daler Rowney Ingres Pastel Spiral Pad contains 24 sheets of 160 gsm textured paper for traditional pastel artists. Named after Neoclassical French painter Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres, the unique texture is formed mechanically on a cylinder mould by pressing the fibres between the cylinder mesh and marking felt to create what is known as a ‘chain and laid line’ surface. Daler-Rowney has inspired creativity since 1783 and they pride themselves on providing top quality, sustainable art materials for all levels of expertise. The Ingres Pad is double spiral-bound and contains 48 pages of 160gsm cylinder-moulded Ingres paper, in 6 pastel tones. The sheets are separated by blank paper to protect artwork.
