Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Compatibility Check: Before starting, verify that your toilet uses a SIAMP Side or Bottom Entry inlet valve and that your model number is compatible (95, 95L, 99T, 99B, or 99). Ensure it is also compatible with Duravit, Laufen, and Twyford cisterns.
- Turn Off Water Supply: Shut off the water supply valve to your toilet. This is usually located behind the toilet.
- Flush the Toilet: Flush the toilet to empty the tank.
- Remove the Old Washer: Disassemble the inlet valve according to the manufacturer's instructions to access the old washer. Remove the old, worn washer.
- Install the New Washer: Place the new FixTheBog washer in the inlet valve, ensuring it fits snugly.
- Reassemble: Reassemble the inlet valve.
- Turn On Water: Slowly turn the water supply valve back on and check for leaks.
Care Instructions: Inspect the washer periodically for wear and tear. If you notice any signs of degradation or leaks, replace the washer.
