FAQs

Is the backpack water-resistant?

While the high-quality leather offers some protection, it is not fully waterproof. It is recommended to use an umbrella or rain cover in heavy downpours.

Can this bag fit a 15-inch laptop?

The interior is spacious, but it does not feature a dedicated, padded laptop sleeve. Ensure your device is in a protective case before placing it inside.

How should I clean the exterior?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or detergents.

Does the bronze color fade?

Like all dyed leathers, the finish can show subtle signs of wear or patina over time, which is considered a natural characteristic of high-quality leather.

Is this backpack suitable for heavy-duty travel?

It is designed as a daily-use accessory. While durable, it is not intended for rugged outdoor or heavy-duty industrial use.

Troubleshooting

Zipper feels stiff during operation

Gently rub a small amount of clear candle wax or a dedicated zipper lubricant along the teeth to improve smoothness.

Surface scuffs appearing on leather

Use a soft, dry cloth to buff the area; for deeper scuffs, apply a high-quality leather cream specifically designed for luxury leather goods.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This backpack requires no assembly upon arrival. To maintain the appearance of your COACH West 32, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. If the leather becomes wet, wipe it gently with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally away from heat sources. For long-term storage, keep the bag in a cool, dry place inside a breathable dust bag. Periodically using a leather conditioner will help keep the bronze finish supple and prevent the material from drying out.
