Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before you begin sewing, it is highly recommended to pre-wash your fabric to account for potential cotton shrinkage. Wash at 40C and allow the fabric to air dry or tumble dry on a low setting according to your preference.
When sewing, use a standard universal sewing machine needle (size 70/10 or 80/12) and a high-quality cotton or polyester thread for the best results. Since the fabric is stable, standard straight stitching works perfectly; however, ensure you finish your raw seams with a zig-zag stitch or overlocker to prevent fraying over time. Iron on a medium-hot cotton setting to remove wrinkles and press seams flat.
