Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before starting your project, ensure the target surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or loose debris to guarantee maximum adhesion. If you are filling around metal fixings such as screws or nails, you must apply an oil-based primer to the metal first, as the moisture in the filler can lead to rust bleed-through. To prepare the product for use, give it a quick stir in the tub to ensure uniformity. If the paste feels stiff or dry, add a few drops of water and mix until you reach a creamy, spreadable consistency. After finishing, seal the lid tightly to prevent the filler from drying out in the container. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures to preserve the shelf life of the material.
