Troubleshooting
Chair is wobbly or unstable.
Ensure the chair is on a level surface. Check that the wide set feet are properly extended and making full contact with the ground. Verify that the back support brace is correctly positioned.
Recline mechanism is stiff or difficult to adjust.
Gently operate the recline mechanism. Ensure there is no debris obstructing the joints. Lubrication may be needed on moving parts if stiffness persists over time.
Fabric appears dirty or stained.
Clean the fabric using a damp cloth with mild soap. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry completely before folding and storing.
Carry bag zipper is stuck.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper. Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. A small amount of wax or graphite lubricant can help.
