Troubleshooting
Bookcase or hutch feels unstable
Ensure the two units are properly connected if applicable. Verify that all panels are seated correctly and that the unit is on a level surface. If shelves feel loose, re-insert the shelf supports firmly into the desired holes.
Scratches or marks on the surface
While resistant, deep scratches may occur. For minor marks, a furniture polish suitable for MFC surfaces might help. For deeper damage, consult a professional furniture repair service.
Difficulty adjusting shelves
Ensure you are using the correct metal fixings provided. Remove any obstructions from the pre-drilled holes. Gently wiggle the shelf supports as you insert them.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This product arrives fully assembled in two pieces. Due to its weight, it is recommended to have at least two people available for unpacking and moving the furniture to its desired location. Ensure the chosen space can accommodate the dimensions of the bookcase and hutch.
Compatibility: The bookcase and hutch units can be easily connected for a unified appearance and stability. The design is intended for standard office or home environments.
Care: Clean the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the furniture-quality MFC surface. The scratch-resistant nature of the material offers protection against minor scuffs and hot cups, but prolonged exposure to excessive heat or moisture should still be avoided.
