The stapler measures approximately 8.5 x 3 x 7cm.
Ensure you are not exceeding the 25-sheet capacity. Check that the staples are loaded correctly and are not bent. Clear any jammed staples from the mechanism carefully.
Verify that staples are loaded properly and that the stapler has enough staples. Ensure the staple size (24/6 or 26/6) is appropriate and that the stapler mechanism is clean and free of obstructions.
Ensure the staple remover is properly positioned under the staple. For deeply embedded staples, a bit of gentle wiggling may help. If staples are severely bent, manual removal might be necessary.
Check for any obstructions or debris within the stapling mechanism. A small amount of lubrication on the pivot points might help, but use sparingly and ensure it does not interfere with stapling.
Setup: To load staples, open the stapler body. Insert a strip of either 24/6 or 26/6 staples into the staple channel, ensuring they are facing the correct direction for stapling. Close the stapler body firmly until it clicks.
Compatibility: This stapler is compatible with standard 24/6 and 26/6 staples.
Care: Keep the stapler clean and dry. Periodically remove any jammed staples or debris from the stapling mechanism. To clean the exterior, wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
