Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before initial use, remove all packaging and wash the pan in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing with a soft sponge and non-abrasive detergent is recommended to preserve the finish of the creamy monochromatic coating. When cooking, use silicone or wooden utensils to avoid marring the surface, despite its high scratch resistance. Ensure the pan is placed on a burner of appropriate size to avoid overheating the exterior walls, and always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent thermal shock.
