The 360° rotation mechanism allows you to easily turn the seat to switch between modes. Ensure the seat is correctly positioned and locked into place for the chosen direction of travel.
What does 'Extended Rear-Facing' mean?

Does the sun canopy offer UV protection?
Yes, the included UPF50+ sun protection canopy provides excellent protection against harmful UV rays for your child.
How is the side-impact protection implemented?

Troubleshooting
Seat won't install securely
Ensure ISOFIX connectors are fully engaged and the load leg is firmly on the vehicle floor. Check for any obstructions. Refer to the vehicle manual and the car seat manual for correct installation guidance.
360° rotation is stiff or won't engage
Check that the seat is in the correct position for rotation (usually forward-facing and unreclined, refer to manual). Ensure no objects are obstructing the mechanism. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Harness is difficult to adjust
Ensure the headrest is correctly positioned and that the harness straps are not twisted. The harness height should correspond to the child's shoulder height.
Child appears uncomfortable or hot
Utilize the ventilation features by ensuring the mesh panels are not covered. Adjust recline positions for comfort. Use the sun canopy on bright days. Ensure clothing is appropriate for the temperature.
