Troubleshooting
Cooker hood not extracting effectively
Check if the grease filter is clean and properly installed. Ensure the extraction duct is not blocked. Verify that the maximum extraction power is suitable for your kitchen size and cooking habits. Confirm the minimum installation height requirements are met.
LED lights are not working
Check if the lighting is switched on. If the issue persists, the LED module may need to be replaced by a qualified technician.
Control buttons are unresponsive
Ensure the cooker hood is powered on. If using 'InTouch' control, verify the connection with your Novy hob. Try resetting the cooker hood by turning off the power supply for a few minutes and then turning it back on.
Excessive noise during operation
Ensure all parts of the cooker hood are securely installed. Check that the grease filter is clean and correctly fitted. If noise persists at high speeds, it may be normal operating noise for the selected setting.
