Troubleshooting
Toy arrives with a slight crease or flattened area.
Gently fluff the plush material with your hands. The soft nature of the recycled filling should allow it to regain its shape over time with handling.
Surface cleaning leaves a small stain.
Try a very mild soap solution with a damp cloth and gently dab the stained area. Rinse the cloth with clean water and dab the area again to remove soap residue. Allow to air dry completely.
The toy seems less fluffy after some use.
Periodically give the plush toy a gentle shake and fluff with your hands to help redistribute the filling and maintain its soft texture.
