FAQs
What is dryCELL technology?
dryCELL is PUMA's proprietary moisture-wicking fabric that pulls sweat from the body to the surface of the shirt to help you stay dry and comfortable.
Is this a player-version or a fan-version jersey?
This is a regular-fit fan version, designed for everyday comfort and durability rather than the tight, aero-dynamic compression fit of authentic player jerseys.
Can I tumble dry the jersey?
It is not recommended. Tumble drying on high heat can damage the fabric fibers and cause the printed logos to deteriorate.
How should I clean the AC Milan crest?
The crest is designed to withstand normal washing, but it should always be washed inside out to minimize friction and prevent scratching.
What is the best way to store the shirt?
Store the jersey on a hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time.
Troubleshooting
Fabric snagging or pilling
Avoid washing the jersey with items containing zippers, hooks, or buttons that can catch on the breathable mesh.
Logos starting to peel
This is often caused by excessive heat. Switch to air drying and ensure the shirt is inside out during every wash cycle.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Excellent moisture management thanks to dryCELL technology
- Comfortable regular fit for both casual wear and athletic performance
- Breathable fabric helps regulate body temperature
- Features high-quality, authentic club branding
Cons
- Requires gentle wash cycles to preserve the jersey detailing
- Regular fit may be looser than authentic player-worn versions
- Specific design elements may be sensitive to high-heat ironing
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your AC Milan shirt, follow these care instructions:
- Machine Wash Cold: Always turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the crest and logos.
- Avoid Bleach: Use only mild detergents; harsh chemicals can damage the moisture-wicking fibers.
- Air Dry: Whenever possible, hang the jersey to dry naturally. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, as it can cause the club emblem and brand logos to crack or peel.
- Ironing: If needed, iron on a low setting, keeping the iron away from the printed graphics and club crest.
