Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Connect the docking station to your laptop using the integrated USB-C cable.
- Connect your monitors to the HDMI ports.
- Plug in your power adapter to the USB-C PD port on the dock to enable laptop charging.
- Connect your keyboard, mouse, and other USB peripherals to the USB-A ports.
- Connect the Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 port for wired internet.
- Insert SD or TF cards into the respective slots if needed.
Compatibility:
This docking station is compatible with most laptops featuring a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) and USB Power Delivery (PD). Tested compatible brands include HP, ThinkPad, ZenBook, Chromebook, and Surface models. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port meets these specifications for full functionality.
Care:
- Keep the docking station in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
- Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or cleaning agents.
- Ensure all cables are securely connected to prevent intermittent issues.
