The Dormer P801 Solid Carbide Rotary Burrs have cylinders without endcuts and produce double cuts. They are the first choice for general machining, improving ease of control, increasing the metal removal rate, and breaking swarf into manageable pieces. These burrs feature toughened and hardened steel shanks that provide rigidity and strength, preventing bending and reducing vibrations for improved tool life. They are ground to h6 (Carbide) and h7 (Steel). With excellent impact strength, they can withstand high forces and higher temperatures without failing. Special brazing elements ensure excellent braze strength.
