Troubleshooting

Photo is slightly too large for the frame

Use a sharp craft knife or paper trimmer to ensure the photo edges are perfectly square at 15.24 x 10.16cm.

Dust trapped inside the glass

Open the back of the frame and use canned air or a clean air blower to remove debris before resealing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To insert your photos, carefully remove the backing of the frame following the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure your photo is trimmed exactly to the 15.24 x 10.16cm dimension to avoid buckling behind the frame glass.

For care, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the floral finish, as this may degrade the pattern. Instead, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently dust the frame. If the glass requires cleaning, use a mild glass cleaner applied directly to the cloth rather than the frame, ensuring no liquid seeps into the seams where the glass meets the floral moulding.
