Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This is a back-to-wall toilet pan, meaning it requires a concealed cistern and flush mechanism, which are sold separately. Installation involves securely fixing the pan to the floor and wall, and connecting it to the concealed cistern and waste pipe. Professional installation by a qualified plumber is recommended to ensure proper functioning and water-tight connections.
Compatibility: The pan is designed to work with standard concealed cisterns and flush plates. Ensure your chosen cistern is compatible with back-to-wall toilet pans. The flushing system and waste pipe configuration should be checked against your existing bathroom plumbing or renovation plans.
Care: To maintain the pristine white finish of the vitreous china, clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth and a mild household cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. For stubborn marks, a diluted solution of white vinegar can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water. Ensure any cleaning products used are safe for ceramic surfaces.
