Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack all components, ensuring all fixtures and fittings are present.
- Remove your old toilet seat by unscrewing the bolts securing it to the pan.
- Position the new toilet seat and align the fixing holes with those on the toilet bowl.
- Insert the provided bolts through the seat hinges and into the toilet bowl holes.
- Secure the bolts from underneath using the nuts provided. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
Compatibility:
This is a standard-shaped toilet seat. It is designed to fit most conventional toilet bowls. However, it is recommended to measure your existing toilet seat and bowl dimensions to ensure compatibility before purchasing. The square design may not be suitable for very rounded or unusually shaped toilet bowls.
Care:
To maintain hygiene and the antibacterial properties, clean the seat regularly with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the plastic surface and compromise its integrity. Ensure the seat is dried thoroughly after cleaning.
