The Timco Adhesive & Sealant Nozzles are designed for both professional tradespeople and home DIY enthusiasts who need a reliable way to replace clogged or mis-sized applicator tips on standard sealant tubes. These nozzles ensure a smooth, consistent bead during application, helping you achieve a professional finish on caulking or adhesive projects. While these nozzles are highly versatile for standard fitments, they are not compatible with non-standard specialized caulking guns or non-threaded sealant cartridges.

While they are intended as replacements for clogged nozzles, they can be reused if the sealant inside is kept fresh, though most users prefer replacing them once cured.
Yes, these nozzles fit standard hand-operated sealant guns that accommodate universal threaded cartridges.
Use a sharp utility knife or box cutter to cut at a 45-degree angle. Start with a smaller hole and enlarge it if necessary.
This pack contains the nozzle tips themselves; it is recommended to save existing caps or use a nail to seal the nozzle between uses.
These are designed for standard household and professional size cartridges; they will not fit extra-large industrial containers.
Ensure the cartridge threads are clean and not damaged; the nozzle is designed for standard universal threads only.
Ensure your cut at the tip of the nozzle is clean and smooth; use a sharp utility knife rather than scissors to avoid plastic tearing.
Verify the nozzle is screwed on tightly and that the cartridge rim is not deformed.
To set up your cartridge, ensure the old nozzle is removed and the cartridge threads are clean of dried debris. Screw the Timco nozzle firmly onto the cartridge until snug. Use a utility knife to cut the tip at a 45-degree angle to your desired bead width. Compatibility is limited to standard threaded cartridges; do not attempt to force these onto pressurized systems or non-threaded tubes. After use, you can store the cartridge with the nozzle attached, though for longer storage, it is recommended to clear the nozzle or replace it before the next use if the material has hardened.
