Double Insulated Speaker Cable - Low Smoke Zero Halogen - 16 AWG. This cable is suitable for connecting amplifiers to speakers and can be used for commercial-grade 100V line amplifiers and speakers, as well as low impedance Hi-Fi systems. It features 48 strands with a 0.2mm diameter per core and is made of Copper Clad Aluminium for excellent sound quality. The cable has an outer diameter of 6mm and an internal insulation diameter of 2.5mm, with a nominal insulation thickness of 0.8mm. It has a max current rating of 6A. For easy connectivity, the internal wires are red & black for polarity. The outer sheath material is LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), which emits limited smoke and no halogen when exposed to high heat, making it safer in case of fire. The internal dielectric is PVC. Please note that lengths of 50m, 25m & 10m may not be supplied on a reel.
