We recommend hand washing only to protect the natural stone integrity and the adhesive on the non-slip pads.
Each coaster is crafted from natural stone, meaning every piece will have its own unique patterns, veining, and texture.
Due to the nature of stone, strong impacts can cause damage. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact customer support if they were damaged during transit.
It is not required, as the engraved stone is naturally durable. However, you may apply a stone sealer if you wish to change the finish or increase liquid resistance.
Re-check the laser focus settings and ensure the coaster is perfectly level on the machine bed before running the job.
