The Tork Xpress Soft Multifold Hand Towels are designed for washrooms with medium visitor frequency, offering a premium, comfortable, and hygienic hand-drying experience. The key benefit is reduced consumption and waste due to one-at-a-time dispensing and QuickDry technology. A caveat is that they are designed for exclusive use with Tork H2 Xpress dispensers. These 2-ply, white towels are highly absorbent, tear-resistant, and feature an attractive embossed sheet, contributing to a positive user experience while promoting efficiency.

These towels are designed specifically for the Tork H2 Xpress folding towel dispenser.
Each sleeve contains 150 towels. A full case typically contains 21 sleeves, totaling 3150 towels.
Yes, they have received ISEGA certification, FSC certification, and the EU Ecolabel, indicating responsible sourcing and environmental considerations.
When unfolded, the towels measure 25.5 cm in length and 21 cm in width. When folded, they measure approximately 8.5 cm in length and 21.2 cm in width.
QuickDry technology makes the towels stronger and more absorbent, allowing users to dry their hands more effectively and comfortably, often with fewer towels.
For optimal performance, hygiene, and to benefit from features like one-at-a-time dispensing, it is recommended to use only with Tork H2 Xpress dispensers.
This feature ensures that only one towel is dispensed at a time, which improves hygiene by reducing cross-contamination and also helps to control consumption and reduce waste.
Ensure the towels are correctly loaded into the Tork H2 Xpress dispenser and that the dispenser is functioning properly. Check for any obstructions within the dispenser slot.
Verify that you are using genuine Tork Xpress Soft Multifold Hand Towels. Ensure the dispenser is not overstuffed, which can cause stress on the towels.
Confirm that users are only taking one towel at a time. The high absorbency should mean fewer towels are needed per dry, so excessive refilling may indicate dispensing issues or user habit.
Ensure you have the correct 'Soft' variant. If issues persist, check the dispenser mechanism for wear or damage that might affect towel presentation.
Setup: These towels are designed to be used with the Tork H2 Xpress folding towel dispenser. Simply open the dispenser, place a stack of folded towels inside, ensuring they align correctly with the dispensing mechanism, and close the dispenser. Ensure the dispenser is mounted securely according to its installation instructions.
Compatibility: Strictly compatible with Tork H2 Xpress dispensers. Using other dispenser types may lead to improper dispensing, increased consumption, or damage.
Care: The towels themselves require no specific care. For the dispenser, follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning, which typically involves wiping with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Regular cleaning of the dispenser maintains hygiene and optimal functionality.
