While comfortable, its design and features are optimized for athletic performance. It can be worn casually, but its primary function is for training.
Nike's Dri-FIT technology is a high-performance microfiber polyester fabric designed to wick sweat and transport it away from the body to the fabric's surface, where it evaporates. This keeps the wearer dry and comfortable.
No, this is a quarter-zip design, meaning it unzips only a portion of the way down the chest, typically for ventilation.
The main body is made of 91% polyester and 9% elastane, while the panels are 100% polyester.
This specific listing is for the 'Game Royal/Blackened Blue/Metallic Copper' colorway in size 6-8Yr. Other colorways and sizes may be available under different product listings.
The thumbholes are designed to keep sleeves in place during movement and can offer minimal additional warmth, but their primary purpose is functional rather than insulation.
Ensure the garment is washed according to care instructions without fabric softeners, which can impede moisture-wicking properties. Verify the correct size for optimal skin contact for sweat wicking.
This can be a matter of adjustment. Try wearing the top for a short period to get accustomed to the thumbhole position. Ensure you are not stretching the fabric excessively when inserting thumbs.
Always wash with like colors and inside out in cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when drying.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear garment. No specific setup is required upon purchase.
Compatibility: Designed for athletic performance, particularly football training. Its slim fit ensures it pairs well with other training gear like shorts or track pants without bunching.
