FAQs

How long will the fragrance last?

The lifespan of the fragrance depends on the type of oil used and the room conditions. Typically, a refill will last for several weeks.

Can I use any type of fragrance oil?

Yes, the diffuser is designed to work with various fragrance oils. Avoid using thick or viscous oils that might clog the reeds.

How do I clean the diffuser?

Wipe the outside of the glass with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the diffuser in water.

What should I do if the reeds get clogged?

Replace the reeds with new ones. Soaking the reeds in a solvent might help, but it's often more effective to replace them.

Can I use different types of reeds?

Yes, you can experiment with different types of reeds. However, the included reeds are designed for optimal fragrance diffusion.

Is the diffuser safe for use around pets and children?

Place the diffuser out of reach of children and pets to prevent spills and accidental ingestion of the fragrance oil.

Troubleshooting

The scent is too weak.

Rotate the reeds more frequently to enhance fragrance release. Consider using a fragrance oil with a stronger concentration.
