Troubleshooting

The twist handle is stuck or difficult to turn

Ensure the bin is not overfilled and that the plunger has pushed the last nappy fully down into the waste compartment.

Odor is leaking from the bin

Verify that the refill cassette is properly seated and that the film is not torn or caught on the internal mechanism.

Refill cassette won't fit

Confirm you are using original Tommee Tippee Twist & Click branded refills, as other models are not compatible.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the bin is straightforward: simply remove the lid, snap the pre-loaded refill cassette into place, and pull the film through to the bottom. For maintenance, wipe the exterior of the bin with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the recycled plastic finish. It is essential to note that this device is strictly compatible with original Tommee Tippee Twist & Click refills. Using non-compatible or generic bags will prevent the twist-and-lock mechanism from working and may damage the internal components.
