They are designed to fit a wide range of appliances. However, compatibility depends on selecting the correct adaptor.

How do I know which adaptor to use?

What if I lose an adaptor?

Contact the seller for possible replacement options or measure the spindle to find a compatible alternative.

Can I use these knobs on a gas hob?

Yes, these knobs are suitable for gas hobs, provided they are compatible with your hob's spindle configuration.

How do I clean the knobs?

Wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

What is the warranty on these knobs?

Please refer to the product packaging or seller for warranty information.

Are these knobs easy to install?

Troubleshooting

Knob doesn't fit the spindle.

Try a different adaptor from the set. Ensure the correct adaptor is selected based on your appliance's spindle shape and size.

Knob feels loose or wobbly.

Ensure the adaptor is securely attached to the spindle and that the knob is firmly pushed onto the adaptor. Consider trying a different adaptor.

Oven or hob not responding to knob adjustments.

Check that the appliance is switched on at the mains. If the knobs have been recently installed, verify all adaptors are securely installed and in the correct position. If the problem persists, there might be a fault in the appliance itself, which would need professional attention.
