Yes, the blending foot and the 800 ml beaker are dishwasher safe.
Yes, the metal foot is heat-resistant, but always remove the pot from the heat source before blending to ensure safety.
Tefal guarantees that most parts for this appliance will be available for repair for at least 15 years from the date of purchase.
The Turbo mode is triggered by pressing the dedicated turbo button, which bypasses the dial setting to provide maximum speed.
The standard package includes the motor unit, the blending foot, and an 800 ml beaker.
Verify the unit is firmly plugged into a functional outlet and the blending foot is correctly locked into the motor housing.
Check that the blending foot is not loose and ensure that no large, hard foreign objects are trapped near the blades.
Ensure no food debris has entered the dial mechanism; clean the exterior with a dry cloth and test the rotation again.
To begin, ensure the blending foot is securely clicked into the motor housing. Before first use, wash the beaker and the blending attachment in warm soapy water. After each use, detach the blending foot and place it in the dishwasher for hassle-free cleaning. Avoid submerging the main motor unit in water; simply wipe it down with a damp cloth if necessary. Store the device in a dry place, ideally using the provided beaker as a stand. Given its 15-year repairability commitment, keep your receipt and manual in a safe location should you ever require parts or service.
