Product Information

Full details

The Christow Snowy Pencil Christmas Tree is the perfect choice for apartment dwellers or anyone with limited floor space who refuses to compromise on holiday aesthetics. This slim, space-saving design adds a festive, snowy charm to any room without cluttering walkways; however, its narrow diameter means it is best suited for minimal ornament arrangements compared to traditional wide-base trees.

FAQs

What is the diameter of the tree?

The tree features a slim 40cm diameter, designed specifically for tight spaces.

Does this tree come with lights?

No, this model is an unlit tree, allowing you to choose your own lighting style.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

This tree is designed for indoor use only to protect the finish from moisture and weather elements.

How do I store the tree after the holidays?

Simply fold the branches upward toward the main pole, disassemble the base, and place it back into its reinforced box.

Can the branches hold heavy ornaments?

The branches are flexible but sturdy; they are best suited for lightweight baubles and ribbon rather than extremely heavy decorative items.

Troubleshooting

The tree looks thin or sparse after assembly.

Thoroughly 'fluff' the branches by bending individual tips in different directions to fill in gaps.

The tree feels unstable or wobbly.

Ensure all four prongs of the plastic stand are fully locked into the central hub and that the tree is placed on a completely level floor.

Excessive white 'snow' flocking is falling off.

Minor shedding is normal due to the flocking process. Gently shake the tree outdoors once before bringing it inside to dislodge loose material.

Narrow diameter limits large ornament hanging
Requires some manual fluffing to achieve full density
Flocking may shed slightly during initial setup

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly: Unbox the components and connect the plastic base pieces together. Insert the bottom section of the tree into the base.
Shaping: Work your way from the bottom of the tree to the top. Carefully pull the branches outward and fluff the tips to hide the central pole.
Maintenance: Avoid placing the tree near heat sources like radiators or open flames. If the tree becomes dusty after the season, wipe it gently with a dry, soft cloth.
Storage: When the holiday season ends, collapse the branches toward the center and store the tree in its original reinforced box in a cool, dry place to prevent yellowing of the flocking.
