The Makita SK106GDZ 12Vmax cross line laser is a compact and lightweight tool compatible with the Makita CXT range of batteries. It can be used indoors or outdoors for leveling and marking, displaying points in four directions as well as a line. The laser features two brightness modes (High and Eco) for different work conditions and is compatible with LXT batteries when using the USB adapter (sold separately). It has a 1/4" mounting thread for compatibility with most tripods. Supplied as a bare unit; batteries and charger are sold separately. Features include an LED light that blinks if out of level, a pendulum lock for slope incline applications and protection during transport, and pulse power for the receiver. The line visibility range is up to 35 meters, or 80 meters with a receiver. Accuracy is +/- 3mm, with self-leveling correctable up to 4 degrees of slope for uneven surfaces. It aids in horizontal and vertical aligning for precise installations. The tool weighs 1.06 pounds.
