Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Carefully remove the dermaplaner and replacement blades from the packaging.
- To insert a new blade, gently twist the handle to open the mechanism.
- Align a new stainless steel blade with the slot and twist the handle to secure it firmly. Ensure the blade is properly seated.
Compatibility:
This dermaplaner is designed for use on facial skin. It is compatible with the included stainless steel replacement blades. Always ensure you are using the correct replacement blades designed for this tool.
Care:
- After each use, rinse the blade under warm water to remove any debris.
- Gently dry the blade and the tool.
- Store the dermaplaner with the silicone blade protector securely in place to prevent accidental cuts and protect the blade edge.
- For a deeper clean, you can wipe the metal handle with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging the entire tool in water.
- Replace blades when they feel dull or show signs of wear, typically after 3-4 uses depending on frequency.
