It is recommended to wash the cover every 1-3 months, or as needed, depending on usage and environmental conditions.
No, the memory foam core should not be washed. It is spot-clean only. Washing the core can damage its structure and affect its supportive properties.
The cushion is designed to improve posture and provide support, which can help alleviate discomfort associated with poor seating. However, it is not a medical device and individual results may vary.
Please refer to the product packaging or the retailer's website for specific warranty information, as warranty terms can vary.
The cushion is generally safe for use with most car seats. However, always ensure it does not obstruct the deployment path of any side airbags integrated into your vehicle's seats.
With proper care, the high-density memory foam is designed for long-lasting support and comfort, typically maintaining its shape and efficacy for several years of regular use.
Memory foam can feel firmer in cold temperatures and softer in warm temperatures. Allow the cushion to acclimate to room temperature. If it remains too firm or soft for your preference, it may not be the right firmness for your needs.
Ensure the non-slip bottom is clean and dry. Position the cushion firmly on the seat. If the issue persists on very smooth surfaces, consider using a thin, non-abrasive liner between the cushion and the seat.
Unzip the cover slowly and carefully. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. When replacing, align the cover evenly before zipping to avoid stretching or tearing.
Setup: Simply place the cushion directly onto the desired seat. Ensure the non-slip bottom is making contact with the seat surface. Adjust your seating position for optimal comfort.
Compatibility: This cushion is designed to fit most car seats, truck seats, and office chairs. Its universal shape makes it broadly compatible with various seating types.
Care: The cushion cover is removable and machine-washable. For best results, wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. The memory foam core should not be immersed in water; spot clean only with a damp cloth if necessary.
