Can I use this solar panel with any water feature?

No, this solar panel is specifically designed for use with Blagdon Liberty Water Features, which are sold separately.

How long is the cable provided?

The solar panel comes with a 16ft (approximately 5 meter) cable.

Troubleshooting

Water feature not running

Ensure the solar panel is positioned in direct sunlight. Check that the cable is securely connected to both the panel and the water feature. Verify that the battery is charged (if applicable). Clean the solar panel surface.

Water feature running intermittently

This can occur if sunlight is inconsistent. Ensure the panel is optimally positioned and clean. Check the battery level; it may need more charging time. The water feature might be drawing more power than the panel/battery can consistently supply under current conditions.

Panel not charging the battery

Confirm the panel is receiving direct, strong sunlight. Clean the panel surface. Check the connection cable for any damage or loose fittings.

Reduced water flow

Check the water feature's pump for any blockages. Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving adequate sunlight. If running on battery power, the battery charge may be low.
