FAQs

How do I remove the Lancome Idôle Ultra Precise Waterproof Eyeliner?

Use a waterproof makeup remover. Gently press the remover onto your closed eyelid for a few seconds to dissolve the liner, then wipe away.

Is this eyeliner suitable for sensitive eyes?

Yes, the eyeliner is tested under ophthalmological control, making it safe for sensitive eyes.

Can I create different line thicknesses with this eyeliner?

Yes, the 0.1mm felt tip allows for lines up to 0.4mm, enabling you to create both thin and bold lines.

How long does the eyeliner last?

The Lancome Idôle Ultra Precise Waterproof Eyeliner offers up to 24 hours of wear.

How should I store the eyeliner?

Store the eyeliner with the tip down in a cool, dry place and close the cap tightly after each use.

What should I do if the eyeliner tip dries out?

Ensure the cap is tightly closed after each use. If the tip dries out, try storing the eyeliner horizontally for a period to allow the formula to rehydrate the felt tip. If it is still dry, it might be time to replace the eyeliner.

Troubleshooting

Eyeliner appears patchy or uneven.

Shake the eyeliner before application to ensure the formula is well-mixed. Ensure the felt tip is clean.

Eyeliner is not applying smoothly.

Make sure your eyelid is clean and free of any oil or residue. Apply the eyeliner slowly and steadily.

Eyeliner smudges or transfers.

Ensure the eyeliner is fully dry before opening your eyes wide. Use an eye primer to help the eyeliner adhere better.
