FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the small and large baskets?
The small basket measures approximately 33cm in Width x 33cm in Depth x 50cm in Height. The large basket measures approximately 46cm in Width x 46cm in Depth x 60cm in Height. Please note that dimensions can vary slightly due to the natural materials.
Can the cotton lining be purchased separately?
Currently, separate linings are not available. It is recommended to care for the existing lining according to instructions.
Is the white wash finish durable?
The white wash finish is designed for indoor use and provides an attractive look. For best results, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and clean gently.
How should I clean the willow basket itself?
Wipe the exterior of the willow basket with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the basket in water, as this can damage the natural material.
What does 'manufactured from sustainable materials' mean?
This indicates that the willow used for the basket is sourced from responsibly managed forests or plantations, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
Can this basket be used for items other than laundry?
Yes, its attractive design and lining make it suitable for storing blankets, toys, magazines, or other household items.
Will the color of the basket fade over time?
The white wash finish is intended for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the color to fade over time.
Troubleshooting
Basket arrived with minor imperfections
As this is a natural product, slight variations in color, finish, or weave are normal and do not affect the functionality of the basket.
Cotton lining is misshapen
Remove the lining and smooth it out. It can also be ironed on a low setting if needed (check care label).
Handles feel loose
Gently test the integrity of the handles. If significantly loose, contact customer support for assistance. Minor flexibility is normal.
Slight odor from the willow
Allow the basket to air out in a well-ventilated area for a few days. The natural scent of willow typically dissipates over time.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This laundry basket requires no assembly. Simply remove it from its packaging and place it in your desired location. The cotton lining may need to be inserted or adjusted upon first use.
Compatibility:
The basket is compatible with most standard laundry rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. Its round design makes it particularly suitable for corners or areas where space is at a premium.
Care Instructions:
- Basket Exterior: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking the willow.
- Cotton Lining: The lining is removable. Machine wash the lining according to its care label (typically a gentle cycle with cold water). Ensure the lining is completely dry before reinserting it into the basket.
