FAQs
Can I use this on an outdoor door?
Yes, the product is designed for front door usage, though we recommend placement in a sheltered porch area to protect the fabric from heavy rain or high winds.
How do I secure the wrap to the door?
The wrap is typically secured by wrapping it around the door and fastening it on the interior side with ribbon, adhesive clips, or hook-and-loop fasteners.
What are the dimensions of the bow?
The main bow measures 70cm in width, 56cm in height, and is 4cm deep.
Does it include installation hardware?
The set includes the fabric bow and the door wrap. Depending on your door type, you may need basic adhesive clips or tape to secure the wrap in place.
Can the fabric be washed?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth if needed; do not machine wash or submerge in water as this may damage the internal structure of the bow.
Troubleshooting
The bow appears flat after unpacking
Gently shake the bow and use your fingers to pull apart and fluff the double-layered fabric sections to restore volume.
The wrap keeps sliding down
Ensure the wrap is pulled tight across the back of the door and secure it with a small piece of painter's tape or a discreet adhesive clip on the top edge of the door.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Striking visual impact due to its oversized dimensions
- Double-layer fabric prevents the bow from appearing flat
- Complete set includes the matching wrap for a cohesive look
- Easy to install on various door sizes
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor festive displays
Cons
- Requires careful adjustment to ensure the wrap remains straight
- Best suited for standard-sized doors
- Fabric may require light steaming to remove wrinkles after storage
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, ensure your door is clean and dry before applying the fabric wrap to prevent debris buildup. The wrap can be secured using standard tension techniques or non-damaging adhesive clips on the inside of the door frame.
Compatibility: The 770cm x 75cm wrap is designed for standard residential doors.
Care: To maintain the bow's shape, store it flat in a cool, dry place after the holiday season. If the fabric becomes wrinkled, use a low-heat garment steamer to gently fluff the layers before the next use.
