FAQs
What is the recommended age for this toy?
This playset is recommended for children aged 4 years and older due to small parts.
Does this playset require batteries?
No, the Flip & Find Sloth Compact does not require any batteries.
How many figures are included?
The set includes two figures: one micro doll and one sloth figure.
Can I connect this to other Polly Pocket sets?
While this set is a standalone item, you can use other micro-scale Polly Pocket dolls and accessories with it for more fun.
What should I do if a part gets lost?
Because the figures are very small, we recommend keeping them inside the compact whenever the toy is not in active use to ensure they do not get lost.
Troubleshooting
The bottom section is difficult to flip or rotate.
Ensure there is no debris in the hinges and that the doll or accessories are not blocking the movement of the floor.
The compact does not snap shut properly.
Check to ensure the included figures are placed in their designated spots, as they may be preventing the lid from closing fully.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This playset requires no assembly or batteries, meaning it is ready for play immediately after removing the packaging. To care for the compact, ensure the hinges remain free of sand or sticky substances to keep the flipping mechanism working smoothly. If the exterior gets dirty, wipe it down with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Because this set features small items, ensure all figures are stored securely inside the compact shell when not in use to prevent loss. The set is compatible with other Polly Pocket micro-scale dolls and accessories, allowing for expanded collections.
