Troubleshooting
Ball loses air quickly
Ensure the valve is not blocked by debris and the ball is not being over-inflated. Use a lubricant on the needle during inflation to protect the seal.
Surface scuffs and dirt
Clean the exterior using a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Dry completely with a towel before storing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Inflation: Use a standard ball pump with a needle attachment. Ensure the needle is moistened before insertion to avoid damaging the valve. Inflate until firm but avoid over-pressurizing.
- Surface Compatibility: Best used on grass, artificial turf, or gym floors. Avoid sharp or abrasive surfaces like concrete or gravel, as these can prematurely wear down the synthetic cover.
- Cleaning: Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth after use to remove dirt or debris. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging the ball in water, as moisture trapped inside can affect weight and balance.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent material fading and degradation.
