Setup, Compatibility & Care
When working with this fabric, use fine silk pins to avoid snagging the delicate fibers. It is highly recommended to use a sharp, thin sewing needle (such as a size 60/8 or 70/10) and a straight stitch with a slightly longer stitch length. To stabilize the fabric during cutting, place a piece of tissue paper underneath to prevent shifting. Regarding care, the fabric must be hand-washed gently in cool water with a mild detergent; avoid wringing or twisting the material, and air dry flat in the shade to preserve the integrity of the finish.
