FAQs

Can I use this trimmer for a full head shave?

While the trimmer is excellent for outlining and fades, its T-blade design is primarily optimized for precision work and facial hair, rather than removing large volumes of hair quickly.

Is the trimmer waterproof?

Only the detachable blade head is suitable for rinsing. The main body of the trimmer should never be submerged in water.

How do I know when the device is fully charged?

The device typically indicates charge status through its LED indicator; consult the user manual for specific light color indicators.

Can this trimmer be used on wet hair?

It is recommended to use the trimmer on clean, dry hair for the best cutting performance and to maintain the longevity of the blades.

Does it come with a travel case?

Please check your specific package contents, though the lightweight design allows it to fit easily into standard toiletry bags.

Troubleshooting

Trimmer is pulling hair instead of cutting

The blades likely need oiling or the battery level is too low. Apply blade oil and ensure the device is fully charged.

Blade head does not lock in place

Check the connection point for trapped hair or debris; clean thoroughly with the brush and try reattaching.

Device is not charging

Verify that the USB connection is secure and try an alternative USB port or power adapter.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely close 0.1mm trim for sharp line-ups
Long 180-minute battery life reduces frequent charging
Lightweight and ergonomic design for easy handling
Convenient USB charging works with multiple power sources
Easy-to-clean detachable blade system

Cons

Close cutting blade requires steady hand to avoid skin irritation
Limited guard options (max 2mm) may not suit those wanting longer beard styles
Rinsing blade requires thorough drying to prevent rust

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin, ensure the trimmer is fully charged via the provided USB cable; a full charge takes approximately three hours. Before your first use, apply a drop of lubricating oil to the blade to ensure smooth operation.

Maintenance Routine:

After each use, turn off the device and detach the blade head.
Use the provided cleaning brush to remove hair debris from the blade teeth and internal housing.
Rinse the blade under cool water, then dry it completely before reattaching.
Apply a small amount of oil to the blade monthly to maintain sharpness and motor health.
