It is recommended to hand-wash the canister to protect the hand-pressed design and the longevity of the bamboo lid.
The whisk is designed to be lightweight and portable, perfect for quick mixing in the included mug.
Yes, the airtight bamboo lid makes it suitable for storing coffee beans or ground coffee as well as hot chocolate.
Yes, minor imperfections like small bumps or dots are standard in authentic enamelware and are not considered faults.
The storage canister is hand-pressed in our UK studio.
Ensure the bamboo lid is pressed down firmly and the silicone seal (if applicable) is clean of debris to maintain an airtight environment.
These are natural characteristics of the enamel manufacturing process and do not indicate a defective product.
To ensure your set remains in peak condition, hand-wash the enamel canister and whisk in warm, soapy water; avoid abrasive scrubbers that may damage the hand-pressed ink. The ceramic mug is generally heat-safe for standard use. When handling the enamelware, remember that the slight bumps or dark spots in the glaze are normal manufacturing signatures and do not impact functionality. Keep the bamboo lid dry and occasionally treat it with food-safe mineral oil if the wood appears dry.
