Bottle not keeping drinks hot/cold for expected duration.

Ensure the lid is securely fastened. Check for any damage to the vacuum seal. Make sure the lid and bottle are completely dry before sealing.

Sliding lid is difficult to move or sticks.

Clean the lid mechanism thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Ensure no debris is lodged in the sliding track. Dry completely before use. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Straw is not drawing liquid.

Confirm the straw is properly inserted into the lid and extending to the bottom of the bottle. Ensure the sliding mechanism is fully open to the 'straw' position. Check for any blockages in the straw.
