The AKA Storage Ottoman Bench is an ideal solution for homeowners and apartment dwellers looking to maximize space without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. Its primary benefit is the combination of comfortable seating and hidden storage, making it perfect for hiding away clutter like blankets, shoes, or toys in living rooms and bedrooms. While it is highly versatile and space-saving, users should note that the folding construction means it is not intended for heavy-duty furniture storage or extreme weight loads.

Yes, but it is recommended to place a stable tray on the lid to protect the fabric and provide a flat, level surface for drinks.
No, the lid is a removable piece, which allows for full access to the storage space.
The bench is designed for standard sitting capacity, but it is not intended to support extreme weight; it is best suited for one or two adults depending on size.
No tools are required. The bench is designed to pop open and assemble manually within moments.
The exterior fabric can be spot-cleaned with a damp, soft cloth. It is not machine washable.
Yes, the main advantage of this design is that the walls can be folded back down into the base, allowing for a compact, flat profile for easy storage.
Ensure the bottom support board is pushed completely flat against the base of the ottoman.
Check to ensure the interior walls are fully expanded and upright, which allows the lid to seat correctly on the frame.
Use a gentle upholstery cleaner or a mixture of mild soap and water on a soft cloth; dab, do not rub, to avoid damaging the fabric fibers.
Setup is straightforward: simply unfold the base panels, insert the bottom support board, and place the lid on top. No tools are required, and the bench can be fully assembled in under two minutes. For care, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners. To keep the beige fabric looking clean, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water for spot cleaning, and vacuum the surface periodically with an upholstery attachment to prevent dust buildup. Keep the unit away from direct, high-heat sources to maintain the longevity of the foam and frame materials.
